The principle and original intention of Bandot community construction is to inspire every community member who has contributed to the ecological construction of the community. It is also to promote the important infrastructure construction of Bandot’s decentralized development.
In order to promote the development of the community, Bandot designed an ecological autonomous structure in line with the development of the community. The structure is composed of the Bandot Fund Committee, the Bandot Technology Development Committee and the Bandot Community Development Committee.
The Bandot Technical Development Committee will be a milestone in Bandot’s first step towards decentralization, and it will also be our first attempt at decentralization.
Bandot Community Development Committee
Position composition: the candidate stage, voted by partners
Job application: Community partners can apply to run for the Community Development Committee before each general election. After review and publicity, they can become candidates for the Community Development Committee.
Responsibilities: In addition to participating in the decision-making review, this is responsible for the community’s promotion plan, regular organization of meetings and other plan decision-making.
Bandot Technical Committee
Position composition: Currently held by members of the founding team, and in the future, community technical members will be accepted, and the founding team will be rolled out gradually to achieve fully centralized management.
Job application: accept applications from community members who can contribute to Bandot’s technological innovation and development, and pass decision-making, review and selection, and become members of the Technology Development Committee.
Responsibilities: In addition to participating in the decision-making review, he is mainly responsible for the innovation and maintenance of the Bandot project’s technical products and the construction of the developer community.
Fund Management Committee
Position composition: Currently, the founding team is in charge, and will be jointly managed by technical members of the community in the future.
Responsibilities: In addition to participating in the decision-making review, it is mainly responsible for the management of the Bandot Development Fund, reviewing the allocation plan of the development base confirmed by the decision-making body, and invoking the development fund, and the results of the operation shall be publicized.
Participation conditions
The number of community partners is limited in each session. In order to ensure that partners are able to undertake corresponding responsibilities, reasonable thresholds are also set. The requirements are as follows:
1. Have a deep understanding of Bandot and its technology, and have a firm belief in the development of Bandot
2. Have a strong sense of responsibility and execution, and have the energy to complete the duties of the post with quality and quantity
3. Have certain community resources
4. Have a certain ability to integrate resources in the industry
5. Have a certain learning and understanding of the Polkadot blockchain industry
The recruited technical community committee and community management committee each have 3–5 candidate.
At the end of each month, the project founding team reviews and confirms the technical contributions of the participants. After the review process is over, on the 10th of the following month, the Bandot Fund Committee will give personnel subsidies.
The monthly technical assessment will be counted into the assessment factors of future decision-making tiers.
